Dust Off Those Dancing Shoes

Honesty, again. When I'm struck by an idea for this blog, I sometimes worry if I've posted about it before; today is one of those times. But today is also a day where I'm realizing that ideas often need to be repeated or looked at from a different angle to be properly understood. Maybe this post isn't even about honesty, but about taking the time to view a situation or an idea from a new perspective. Allow your mind to grow; open up to new thoughts. You don't have to sacrifice your own fundamental beliefs to consider other ideas. And sometimes it is necessary to learn something twice, thrice or more to be able to remember and understand it in a somewhat comprehensive way. Be patient in your learning, respectful in discussion, go out and put a new feather in an old hat.
